Compact Clinical Guard Oximeter - only used it very sparingly so its like new.
Please keep in mind this not wireless so it only works with Smartphones that have a 3.5mm jack for the wire input. But that also means there is no fuss with batteries.  I do not have the instructions but the app provides all the info/data.
