Signature Hardware Honeycomb Brass Floor Register Antique Brass 12x12.
These are new but have some scuffs and scratches from being moved around. The actual brass part that sits on the floor measures 12-7/8” x 13-3/8” and the part that goes through the vent hole is 12x12 but there are screws on the side that attach the vent part that need to have clearance for at least the first half inch of the hole so 12-3/8”x 12-3/8” would be a nice size hole for these to fit all the way flat on the floor. The depth when the louvres are open is 2-1/2”
Here’s how I would envision a typical new work installation preparation for these. Use a standard 12x12 duct installed flush to the sub floor then when you do your under lament and or finished flooring make the opening in those at 12-3/8” x 12-3/8” as long as you’re more than 1/2” thick above the sub floor these should fit flat to the finished flooring.
